We ship across India by courier from our studio in Jalandhar, Punjab.

What delivery costs

A flat ₹120on every order, anywhere in India, however much you buy. It's shown at checkout before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

When your order is dispatched

• Ready-made pieces and fabric: usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order being confirmed.
• Custom-stitched pieces: made to order, so the timeline depends on the piece — typically 2–4 weeks. We agree it with you on WhatsApp before starting and keep you posted as the work progresses.
• Alterations:depends on the work involved. We'll tell you when we've seen the piece.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, courier delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on where you are. Metro cities are at the quicker end; smaller towns and the North East can take longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and courier delays are outside our control — but we'll always tell you honestly where your parcel is.

Tracking

We send your tracking details on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is collected. We don't send automated emails — you'll hear from us personally.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on unstitched fabric only. Our ready-made pieces are one-of-a-kind and are made just once, so we ask for payment online for those. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Your address

Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout, and give a phone number you actually answer — couriers call before delivering. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we'll happily send it again, but the delivery charge applies a second time.

International

We don't ship outside India at the moment. If you're abroad and there's something you'd love, message us and we'll see what's possible.
