About this piece

An original design by Rupinder Kaur, drawn and stitched in the atelier. A three-piece set where classic elegance meets vibrant tradition. A sleek long sleeveless kurta and a flared lehenga, both cut from premium, flowing black crape, worn under a heavily embroidered multicolour phulkari jacket in the traditional Punjabi geometry. The same phulkari is carried through again along the hem of the lehenga, so the set reads as one piece from every angle. Made once, as a single piece.
